People sit in a train-themed ride and experience bright green lasers and colorful fireworks in a dark tunnel. The side walls are decorated with foliage, which adds to the immersive atmosphere.

Time Travel: approx. 50 minutes.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts. Tours start every 20 minutes, the maximum group size is 32 people.

Languages

The tour guides will lead you through the adventure world in German. For international guests, audio guides are available in 10 different languages for simultaneous translation:

English, Spanish, Italian, French, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Russian, Japanese, Chinese

Children

Children aged 0-4 can visit the exhibition free of charge and share a seat in the 5D movie theater with the accompanying person. If there is room in the tour, the child is welcome to sit in their own seat.

In exceptional cases, small children find the 5D cinema too loud and can wear ear protection headphones .

You are welcome to sit with your toddler on a separate chair without movement effects .

Children under the age of 10 should only visit the exhibition when accompanied by an adult. The Pestgrube and Bunker stations can be skipped with this age group.

Photo and film

Photography and filming are not permitted in our exhibition rooms , with the exception of the painting photo point. Photography for commercial and scientific purposes as well as the distribution of images on the Internet require permission.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at Time Travel.

Accessibility

In the course of the exhibition, there are two levels with approx. 50 steps to overcome. Due to these structural restrictions (listed building), accessibility is unfortunately not possible .

Das Publikum in einem Theater fährt mit einem Bewegungssimulator mit immersiven Bildern und Effekten und sitzt in Reihen mit erhobenen Armen. Der Raum hat Ziegelwände und gedämpftes Licht, während auf einer großen Leinwand eine helle, dynamische Szene gezeigt wird.
